How does it work?

It costs £12 a year to be a member of the 50/50 club, this gets you one number for 12 months. An application form is available from the TSSS office. You can email Arlene or click here to download a form.

Once we have received your form and £12, you will be allocated a number that is specific to you.  Each month all the numbers go into a draw, and there are three winners.

The more people who have numbers, the more money there is in the pot. Of all the money collected 50% each month goes to the TSSS , and the other 50% is divided between that month's three winners.

The 50/50 club is open to everyone, we hope you will join us.

Good Luck

How you can help with fundraising

Home

house

Why not de-clutter the house and Garage and have a Car Boot or Table Top Sale this summer for the TSSS

Encourage friends and family to de-clutter too, and you never know they may offer to help on the day.

Sales tend to be advertised in local papers, notice boards, as well as road signs, so there is bound to be one near you. You might find some bargains yourself too!

You can either donate all or a percentage of the funds raised to the TSSS, we are always grateful for any amount we receive.

Work

Why not ask if the company you work for can help with one of the following:-
Nominated Charity – a lot of companies now have a nominated charity each year. Is it possible for the TSSS to be their nominated charity in 2008, Arlene can provide you with any information you need.

Prize Draw- would the company be prepared to offer a prize for this years Prize Draw, being drawn at our October Conference 12th to 14th October 2007.

Non Uniform/ Casual Dress Day – would it be possible to have one in aid of the TSSS, where staff pay a £1 for wearing casual clothes to work on a prearranged date.

Prize Draw Tickets – ask permission for you to sell prize draw tickets in the workplace, order extra books from Arlene at the TSSS office

Play

Why not have a BBQ, a Family Fun Day at home, or the local park and get together for a day with family & friends.

You may wish to ask Arlene at the TSSS office beforehand to send you extra Prize Draw Tickets so that you can ask your family and friends if they want to buy any.

Alternatively if hosting the BBQ you may wish to ask for donations to the TSSS.

School

school

Why not ask your school or your child’s school if they would have a non-uniform day in aid of the TSSS when each child pays 50p or a £1 depending on the school.

Or at primary school, would they let you sell tickets at one of their events. Arlene can provide you with extra tickets.

Or at High School would it be possible to have a sponsored football or netball match.
